Join us for a virtual workshop with YA authors Sarena and Sasha Nanua as part of Canadian Children’s Book Week on May 3rd from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
This workshop is aimed at teachers of students who are 12+. In this workshop, Sarena and Sasha will discuss how they incorporated their experiences into their writing, including being twins and their Indian heritage. They will explore how students can create fictional stories that incorporate their personal experiences and histories, which makes for a full-feeling story.

The cost for this workshop is free for both ATEQ members and non-members alike.
